The business was started in 1994. The founding partners are President, Wayne Bishop, and Vice President, France Vallée. France Vallée brings a wealth of business and finance experience to Apex and Wayne, 15 years of precision machining experience into the business. European mentoring ensures that no detail is left unattended.

Over the past 17 years the company has expanded facilities three times and has constantly made significant investments in capital equipment for a wide range of manufacturing capabilities.

In 1999, Jocelyn Théorêt joined Apex Precision as a partner and Manager of the Wire EDM department, with more than twenty years of experience in that business.

Our success is directly related to the competence of our employees. It's the people that make the parts.

The company now has total employment of 24 experienced staff working in a modern, well-equipped facility supported by computer-aided design and manufacturing software, automated accounting, office systems and shop floor control.

Our employees are well trained and bring their skills to Apex from various industries. Constant employee improvement programs are in place to ensure that no capacity is left unattended. Multiple shifts ensure that deadlines are maintained and that equipment is utilized to its maximum capacity.

All parts are inspected, to, prior to shipping. To ensure that customer requirements are maintained.

The company has grown rapidly over the last two years and is planning to support continued growth into the future. In 2004 a building was purchased and equipped to service continuous production challenges. Future plans include a 20,000 square foot expansion as well as continued capacity improvements. Technology improvement lies at the heart of Apex’s success. Constant software and equipment upgrades ensure that Apex Precision Inc. will remain competitive.

Apex is located just 40 minutes from downtown Montreal, Quebec and 20 minutes from
P.E. Trudeau International in Dorval.
