In unison with our quality machining, our manufacturing teams manage everything from basic mechanical engineering, integration and assembly. Listed are some of our value added services inherent in our day to day operations.

1. Hardware procurement. Whatever hardware is required we can procure it.

2. Metal finishing services. Everything from painting, plating, heat treatment and welding. Apex has very good relations with the metal finishing community.

3. Engineering. When customer product improvements are spotted our years of experience along with powerful software empower our capabilities to offer product improvements.

4. Machining. Any precision, any material,from plastic to hardened steel.

5.Sheet Metal.We manage sheet metal work. We are not a sheet metal shop but we are fortunate to be local to many competent commercial and aerospace benders. In the machining world sheet metal shops do not work to the same precision as us so we manage their quality and often do source and incoming inspections to ensure product conformity.

6. Assemblies and Integration. All assemblies are kitted prior to final assembly. Our torque-wrenches are calibrated and we carry a full inventory or insert hardware to integrate sheet-metal to machined components. We also manage customer provided product for integration. Customer product will pass through an incoming inspection and will be properly identified and segregated.

7. Testing. Per customer request, product can be tested prior to release along with full documentation and traceability.

8. Quality. We will certify assemblies to your criteria. Every piece component will have its own traceability to source if required. There will be a final inspection before shipping.

9. Crating and Logistics. Our crates to the highest standards with customs approved materials. All crates are re-usable. We also manage logistics of almost any size crate to anywhere in North America.

10. Inventory Control. Apex manages all component inventory with our computerized shop management system. We know where everything is located at any time and can provide you with a “real-time” status at any time. We also stock your blanket orders for multiple drop shipments.
